All concerns are being mapped out and addressed. All agencies incharge are checked in terms of readiness, all assets, and personnel in preparation for Typhoon Ruby.

From communications, preemptive evacuation if needed, relief goods , medicines and trucks , buses, chainsaws everything that is needed or vital to the preparation of Iloilo city.


Volunteer groups are also present ready to lend their expertise and help .


The media is also in attendance so to maximize the information dissemination.


Iloilo City under the leadership of Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog leaving no stones unturned on its preparation and readiness for typhoon Ruby.


Let us all pray that we will all be safe.

Meeting with Dr. Plagata with ICER response team (9-8-2014) (EBSP)




Meeting with Dr. Plagata at ICER response team reminding the following:

1. Response time, must on the seen as soon as possible. Life golden hour.
2. Know your basis on risk reduction and pre-hospital.
3. Must download guidelines on risk reduction and pre-hospital field.
4. Reminding all nurse on the field of EMS to be more careful with their licenses because they are not in the field of hospital for now.
5. Know your legal limitations.
6. Know basis emergency management.
7. To all new staff, don't be a show-off.
8. Transport patient safely.
9. Don't be rude to patient, folks, uniformed personnel and to the public.
10. Be professional in looks and in attitude.

National Disaster Consciousness 2014 Activities

GMA Arangkada showcase CDRRMO Iloilo City and ICER (in-house response team) last July 4 at 6:00-7:00am with Mr. Darwin Papa the Medical Response Officer of ICER discussed the National Disaster Consciouness Month of July 2014 with the theme: "Kahandaan at Kaligtasan nga Pamayanan, Pundasyon ng Kaunlaran". Also tackle on the interview was the schedules of activities of the month and how to prepare in an emergency. ICER the in-house response of CDRRMO Iloilo City also show their equipment and demo on TV on vehicular extrication in a vehicular accident on what to do and what is not to do.
