Dinagyang Road closure and re-routing from Opening Salvo & Dinagyang Festival

To those of you who ask to the road closure and traffic re-routing here is the traffic map for Jan 24. For Kasadyahan on Jan 23, additional road closure for de Leon and Quezon Streets (Robinsons Place Iloilo Paseo) for the ABS-CBN event on Saturday on the said date. The permit was granted the whole day Saturday. We are still asking for TMTRO for the final digital copy of road closure on 23 Jan 2016 (Saturday).
